Crushing ratio and power consumption are important technical and economic indicators of crushing machinery.

Average crushing ratio : The ratio of average particle size D before material crushing to the average particle size d after material crushing. It is denoted by i: i=D/d

Power consumption : The energy consumption of crushing materials per unit.

The evaluation of crushing machinery

Two crushing machinery crush the same material with the same unit power consumption, the one with large crushing ration has better crushing effect. therefore, when evaluate the crushing machinery performance should consider its unit power consumption and crushing ratio.
