Carbon Production and Its Crushing

The feeding of crushing materials and the adjustment of crushed material are important links in the crushing operation. When crushing, the principle of "no excessive crushing" must be observed. Over crushing often leads to lower quality of crushed materials, lower productivity and increased energy consumption. The following measures must be taken to achieve "no excessive crushing"
a. Try to "crush freely". To avoid "crush closely".
b. The material must be separated before crushing.
c. To improve the crushing ratio. Because the abrasion of the metal parts will lower the crushing ratio.
