Installation of spiral classifier

The machine can be installed without damage and the bolts are tightened. The spiral classifier must be installed on the strong concrete foundation. 

Operation of spiral classifier

After the spiral body moving, the operator can feed the pulp and increase the feeding amount gradually.

Stop the machine during working condition in the cases that the machine is blocked or overload. Lift the spiral body from the pulp, and open the valve to prevent silt up.

When restart the machine, drop the spiral body to a certain position, and then turn the spiral body.

If need to stop the machine, firstly stop feeding, and then stop the machine until the materials are classified and discharged.
