DHM Series High Pressure Grinding Roll (HPGR) is a newly crushing and grinding equipment with wide adaptability for fine and superfine material process. Working together with the presetting crushing pressure,the two crushing rollers will be pushed in the opposite running directions by using the hydraulic cylinder with accumulator in order to ensure the stability of crushing pressure during the whole processing. Therefore, the high pressure crushing for materials will be achieved between two rollers. High pressure grinding roll is widely used in mineral processing, electric power, chemical industry, cement, refractory materials, abrasives, construction and other industrial sectors, for the fine crushing of high and medium hardness of ore and industrial slag, especially in building materials, electric power industry.

Application industries of  high pressure grinding roll 

1.Medium grinding, fine grinding and superfine grinding of loose materials.

2.In mineral processing industry, HPGR can be arranged in front of the ball mill, or can be used as pre-grinding equipment, also can be combined with the ball mill to form a mixed grinding system.

3.Oxidized pellet industry, can replace the commonly used embellishing mill.

The features of high pressure grinding roll 

1.The production capacity is up to 1000 t/h, which can increase the production of the whole system by 30% ~ 40%.

2.Compared with cone crusher, rod mill and ball mill, energy consumption is reduced by about 20 ~ 50%.

3.The grinding power consumption of the crushed materials is reduced to 15 kW/t.

4.The grinding effect is good, the content of fine powder below 1 mm is increased by 40% ~ 50%.

5.Small area, high reliability, operation rate can reach about 95%.
