1. To ensure the integrity of the machine, such as whether the hammer head liner plate is damaged, whether the bolts are loose, whether the components are connected well. If the parts are loose, should tighten in time.

2. Whether there is a lack of lubrication oil in the machine running parts. If it is found leaking or lacking of oil, should be repaired and added.

3. Before the crushing equipment runs, it is necessary to ensure that there is no iron or the non-crushed materials inside the crushing cavity, so as to keep the cleanness of cavity.
