Configuration of 400 T/H Basalt Crushing Production Line
Basalt has the advantages of strong compression resistance, low crushing value, strong corrosion resistance and asphalt adhesion, so it is mostly used in the construction of highways, railways, airports, hydroelectric dam and other projects.
The 400 T/H basalt crushing production line is composed of jaw crusher, hydraulic cone crusher and sand making machine as core crushing equipment, supporting crushing equipment including vibrating feeder, vibrating screen, belt conveyor and electric control system. The whole production line forms a closed loop.

Basalt crushing production line process flow
Firstly, the basalt is fed to jaw crusher through vibrating feeder for primary crushing, and the cone crusher is used for medium and fine crushing in the secondary crushing process. The processed materials from secondary crushing are transferred to vibrating screen for screening, the materials not meet the requirement for sand making machine are return to the secondary crushing equipment, forming a closed cycle. The required materials are fed to sand making machine for shaping and sand making. The sands from the sand making machine are screened again by vibrating screen, the qualified parts are conveyed to the finished products pile, and the unqualified products are fed back to sand making machine for further crushing.
