The Difference between Jaw Crusher and Impact Crusher
Jaw crusher is generally used for a piece of crushing, that is, breaking a large material into a device suitable for two broken machines such as a cone breaking, counter-breaking and breaking the roller, etc., the two broken feeds are very small, if feeding very large, must be broken with the first stage as a broken piece, counter-attack to break the general broken marble, granite, too hard material is not suitable for counter-attack, so the loss of wearing parts is great.
Second, the scope of work:
Jaw crusher is referred to as jaw breaking. It is mainly used for medium size crushing of various kinds of ore and bulk materials. It can crush materials with compressive strength not greater than 320Mpa. This series of products have complete specifications, and their feeding particle size is 125mm-750mm, which is the first choice of primary crushing equipment.
Impact crusher, the finished product is cubic, no tension and crack, and the grain shape is good, which can crush the raw, medium and fine materials (granite, limestone, concrete, etc.) with the particle size of feeding no more than 500mm and the compressive strength no more than 50MPa. The discharge particle size can be adjusted and the crushing specification is diversified.
Third, the working principle:
When the jaw crusher is working, the motor drives the belt and the pulley, and the eccentric shaft make the moving jaw move up and down. When the moving jaw rises, the angle between the bracket and the moving jaw becomes larger, so that the movable moving jaw is approached to the fixed jaw. At the same time, the material is crushed or chopped to achieve the purpose of crushing; when the moving down, the angle between the bracket and the moving jaw becomes smaller, and the moving jaw is separated from the fixed jaw by the action of the pull rod and the spring. The crushed material is discharged from the crushing chamber. As the motor rotates continuously, the crushing maneuvering cycle motion crushes and excretes the material to achieve mass production.
When the counter-attack is broken, the rotor rotates at a high speed under the driving of the motor. When the material enters the action area of the hammer, it collides with the slab on the rotor, and then is thrown to the counter-attack device to break again, and then from the counter-backing lining. The upper part returns to the hammer action area and is re-crushed. This process is repeated, and the material is repeatedly broken into the first, second and third, counter-attack chambers until the material is crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the discharge port.
