Vibrating screen is the common used machine at coal preparation plant. During operation process, it will appear more or less problems, most of the problem is due to not familiar with the use skill. Today, we will summarize about it.

1. Check whether removing the safety splint before starting.

2. Check the locking parts are fasten or not.

3. Check whether the screen surface on the sieve is tightening or not.

4. Check the connection of motor and vibrating body.

5. Check the vibration voltage.

6. Check the interlock control device of motor.

7. Check the entrance and exit hose is sealed or not, and should not too tight, otherwise, it will twist or even break when the machine running.

8. Tighten the bolts on drive device by spanner after running 10-15 minutes.
