1. Vibration frequency
Vibration frequency plays an important role in the efficiency of vibrating screen. The experiment shows that for particles with various separation particle sizes, a good screening efficiency is around 22HZ. When it is larger than 26HZ, the vibration becomes more and more intense and the noise is very large. Vibration frequency is not adjusted at will, must be adjusted according to the actual situation, in order to make the screen more efficient into production.
2. Vibrating direction angle
The Angle between the vibration direction and the screen surface is called the vibrating direction Angle, which is generally shown as β. For materials with high density or fine particle size that are easy to be crushed, the vibrating direction angle β should be larger, while for materials with high moisture content, strong viscosity or strong wear resistance, the Angle β should be smaller. Generally speaking, the value of the linear vibrating screen is β= 30° to 60°.
3. The amplitude
The increase of amplitude will greatly reduce the clogging of sieve hole and is also conducive to stratification. But the larger the amplitude, the more destructive the device. 4. Length and width of screen surface

The longer the screen surface is, the longer the material will be screened on the screen and the higher the screening efficiency will be. 5. Slant angle of screen surface

When the Angle is increased, the movement speed of the material on the screen surface is accelerated and the processing capacity is increased. However, the material's residence time on the screen surface is shortened and the screening efficiency is reduced. On the contrary, the Angle decreases, the production capacity decreases, but can obtain the better screening effect. In order to make the efficiency of vibrating screen reach the ideal state, the Angle should be controlled in the range of 5°~25°.
6. Throwing Angle of vibrating screen
The particle size is less than 3/4 of the size of the sieve hole, called "easy to screen", more than 3/4 of the size of the sieve hole, called "difficult to screen", the particle diameter is closer to the size of the sieve hole, the more difficult to pass through the sieve. The size of the throwing Angle has a direct impact on the screen surface material through the sieve, and the material throwing strength also plays an important role in the screening effect.
