Using the principle of "stone against stone" or "stone against iron," it transforms the crushed stone into particles that meet the standards for construction sand and shapes the sand particles to improve the roundness of the finished sand.

 

4. Screening Stage

 

Screening utilizes circular or linear vibrating screens to classify the sand-making material according to different particle sizes. Qualified finished sand enters the washing stage, while unqualified coarse material is returned to the sand making machine or medium/fine crushing equipment for further processing, forming a closed-loop cycle.

 

5. Washing Stage

 

Washing can be configured with spiral sand washers or bucket wheel sand washers as needed. Water flow removes mud, powder, and impurities from the finished sand, improving its cleanliness. Some production lines also include fine sand recovery machines to reduce fine sand loss and improve resource utilization.
