I. Scientific Process Layout, Stable Capacity Achieved The production line adopts a mature process of "three-stage crushing + multi-stage screening + intelligent control," with a simple and efficient process that avoids bottleneck steps, ensuring a continuous and stable output of 1500 tons per hour.

 

 

Coarse crushing stage: Utilizing Dahua Heavy Industry's JC series jaw crusher, featuring a large feed opening and high crushing ratio, it can process large stones up to 1200mm in size, with a single machine output of up to 500 tons per hour, coarsely crushing materials to 150-200mm, laying the foundation for medium crushing. Its moving jaw is made of high-strength cast steel, and the jaw plates are made of ultra-high manganese steel, making them wear-resistant and durable, effectively preventing material jamming and stalling.

 

 

Medium and fine crushing stage: Equipped with Dahua GPY/HPY series hydraulic cone crusher, employing high-energy layered crushing technology, optimizing the crushing chamber shape and eccentricity, processing coarsely crushed materials to 20-50mm, combining crushing and shaping functions. The finished product has a low content of needle-like and flaky particles, and a round and regular particle shape. The fully hydraulic operation and automatic control system can adjust the discharge gap in real time to adapt to different particle size requirements.

 

 

Screening and Shaping: Equipped with a YKR series heavy-duty vibrating screen, the multi-layered screen accurately grades and separates standard aggregates of 0-5mm, 5-16mm, and 16-31.5mm. A PLS series vertical impact crusher further shapes the material, ensuring the finished aggregate meets high-grade construction material standards.
