Granite Sand Production Line Configuration Requirements
Granite is a hard rock with saturated uniaxial ultimate compressive strength greater than 30MPa. For this type of rock, coarse crushing, medium fine crushing and shaping processes are usually used for processing. In this article, I will share the configuration of a granite crushed sand production line. This also applies to materials that are difficult to break or cost more, such as basalt, diabase and andesite.
1. Granite characteristics
Granite is a high-quality building stone. Its structure is uniform, the texture is hard, and the color is beautiful. The density is 2790 ~ 3070kg / m³, the compressive strength is 1000 ~ 3000kg / cm², the elastic modulus is 1.3 ~ 1.5x106kg / cm³, the water absorption is 0.13%, the Shore hardness is> HS70, and the specific gravity is 2.6 ~ 2.75. For this type of hard rock, the crushing process is usually used for subsequent uses. At present, granite is mainly concentrated in eastern and northern China, with total reserves accounting for about 75% of the country's total reserves. Shandong Province ranked first (32%), and Beijing and Fujian ranked second and third respectively.
2. Sand crushing production line equipment
According to the different products, the crushing process can be divided into coarse crushing section, medium crushing section, fine crushing section and grinding section. General materials can be divided into three types: coarse crushed + medium crushed, coarse crushed + medium crushed + fine crushed or coarse crushed + medium crushed + fine crushed + molded. Shaping will result in better shaping of the product obtained.
The whole crushing process is as follows: The jaw crusher is used at the foremost crushing process of the crushing line, and can crush large granular materials with a compressive strength not exceeding 320MPa into a size of 100 mm to 300 mm. Impact crushers can usually handle ore or rock below 500mm, and the maximum compressive strength can reach 350MPa. The crushed material is cubic particles. Impact crusher is usually used in the second crushing process of the crushing line, and it can also be used as the forefront crushing process of materials with smaller feed volume.
The cone crusher adopts the principle of laminated crushing to form a protective layer of material layers. It has the characteristics of reliable structure, high crushing efficiency, convenient adjustment and economical use. The feed size is 13 ~ 369mm. Cone crushing is the same as reverse crushing. It is usually used in the second crushing process of the crushing line. It can also be used as a front-end crushing process for materials with a small feed volume. However, the feed particle size for cone crushing is usually smaller than the feed particle size for impact crushing. Sand making machine is suitable for crushing and forming soft, medium and extremely hard materials. Usually used as the last step of a crushed sand production line.
In addition to the main crushing equipment, some auxiliary equipment such as vibrating screens, feeders and conveyors are needed to complete the configuration and work of the production line.
3. Granite crushing production line configuration
Due to the hard texture, the configuration of the granite production line generally needs to go through three stages, namely the coarse crushing of the jaw crusher, the medium fine crushing of the cone crusher and the sand making of the sand making machine. Large pieces of granite material pass through the silo to the vibratory feeder for uniform feeding, and then enter the jaw crusher for the first crushing. The coarsely pulverized material is sieved through a vibrating screen as required, and then conveyed by a belt conveyor to a cone crusher for a second fine pulverization. After the medium and fine crushing, sieving is performed with a circular vibrating screen, and the larger particles are returned to the cone crusher and broken again. Qualified materials enter the sand maker for further crushing and forming. If cleaning materials are needed, they can be sent to a sand washer for cleaning. Then, according to different size ranges, the materials that meet the requirements are sorted and packed.
