The configuration of a 1,000-ton-per-hour limestone aggregate production line requires equipment selection based on raw material characteristics, product specifications, and environmental requirements. Core equipment includes jaw crushers, impact crushers, cone crushers, vertical impact sand making machines, circular vibrating screens, and other equipment, along with supporting sand washing systems and dust control devices. I. Core Equipment Selection

 

1. Primary Crushing System

 

ZSW vibrating feeder: Provides continuous and uniform material feeding prior to the primary crusher, while simultaneously screening the material according to a preset grate gap size. Capacity: 150-1500 t/h.

 

JC jaw crusher: Processes large limestone (feed size ≤ 1300mm) to ≤ 300mm.

 

2. Secondary and Tertiary Crushing System

 

Select a GPY single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher (for high-hardness rock) or a PFQ impact crusher (for medium-hardness rock), and deploy a two-stage crushing system based on product size requirements.

 

PLS Vertical Impact Crusher: Combines crushing and shaping functions, with a feed size of ≤60mm and an adjustable finished sand fineness modulus (2.2-3.0).

 

3. Screening System

 

A YKR circular vibrating screen with three screens (25mm, 10mm, and 5mm) is used to grade aggregates of various sizes.

 

II. Process Flow Design

 

1. Crushing and Screening Process

 

Raw materials → vibrating feeder → jaw crusher → impact crusher → screening → impact sand making and shaping → finished product screening.

 

2. Automated Control

 

A PLC central control system adjusts crushing parameters in real time, equipped with a hydraulic adjustment device to quickly respond to production needs.
