In order to improve the grinding efficiency of the ball mill, the following principles must be followed when determining the grading of the steel ball:
First of all, the steel ball must have enough impact force to make the ball mill steel ball have enough energy to crush the particle material, which is directly related to the maximum ball diameter of the steel ball.

Finally, the material has enough residence time in the mill to ensure that the material is fully crushed, which requires that the steel ball should have a certain ability to control the material flow rate.
In addition to the above principle of reasonable grading of steel balls, there are also ways to increase grinding efficiency:

(2) Increase filling rate and rotation rate.
(3) Change the shape of grinding medium.
