JC jaw crusher is a new kind of crusher machine developed by Luoyang Dahua through decades of year’s experiences and adopts advanced overseas technology. It is suitable for the primary crushing of various kinds of rocks and ores for the characteristic of large crushing capacity, low power consumption, and good crushing performance.

JC jaw crusher has welded type and split type (for optional). The feeding granularity is 720-1360 mm, it is used for the crushing of rocks with the compressive strength less than 300Mpa. JC116、106、96-JC-A is used for mobile crushing plant. 

Characteristic of JC jaw crusher: "V" crushing cavity, deep chamber, large crushing stroke, high rotation speed; adoption of large-scaled bearing, the loading capacity is increased more than 10%; wedge adjustment for discharging opening, which is fast and convenient; integrated design of motor and main body makes the foundation preparation easy; modern finite element analysis is used to optimize the structure, so that the acceptance force is more reasonable and the material utilization rate is higher.
