2. JC Jaw Crusher (Primary Crushing Stage)
 
As a classic primary crusher model, it features an optimized deep crushing chamber design capable of handling large limestone blocks with maximum dimensions exceeding one meter. It crushes material by applying compressive and bending forces through the periodic reciprocating motion of the moving jaw. 4. PFL Compound Crusher (Fine Crushing and Sand-Making Stage)
 
Featuring a vertical structure, this machine combines the advantages of hammer crushers and impact crushers. Its grate-free design accommodates limestone with a moisture content of up to 15% and resists clogging. With a crushing ratio of 15–40, it can crush medium-sized material directly into 0–5 mm fines in a single pass, making it ideal for fine crushing operations in small-to-medium-scale production lines.
 
5. PLS Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher (Sand-Making and Shaping Stage)
 
The PLS Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher and PFL Compound Crusher can be selected based on specific capacity and product requirements. The PLS model utilizes "rock-on-rock" and "rock-on-iron" crushing principles, where material collides and breaks under the centrifugal force of a high-speed rotor. It performs both shaping and sand-making functions, producing sand with rounded particle shapes and continuous gradation. It is core equipment for large-scale manufactured sand production, yielding sand that fully meets standards for commercial concrete.
 
6. YKR Circular Vibrating Screen (Screening Stage)
 
The circular vibrating screen uses multiple decks of mesh to grade crushed material into various finished product specifications based on particle size. Oversized material is screened out and returned via belt conveyor to the corresponding crushing equipment for reprocessing, creating a closed-loop circuit that ensures all output meets production size requirements. Material transfer across the entire production line is handled entirely by belt conveyors, linking the various processing units and eliminating the need for manual handling, thereby significantly reducing labor intensity. Additionally, integrated environmental protection systems—such as pulse-jet bag dust collectors and closed-loop water circulation systems—effectively control dust and wastewater emissions, ensuring compliance with modern green production standards.
