1. Coarse Crushing Stage

2. Secondary and Fine Crushing Stage

 

PFQ Impact Crusher: Suitable for secondary crushing, handling medium-hard limestone. It achieves fine crushing through hammer impact, resulting in a finely shaped finished product (<5% needle-like particles) and adjustable output size.

 

3. Sand Shaping Stage

 

PLS Vertical Impact Crusher: Uses a high-speed rotor (above 80 m/s) to finely crush and shape coarse sand particles, optimizing the final sand gradation. The fineness modulus is adjustable.

 

II. Limestone Sand Making Process Flow

 

1. Raw Material Pretreatment: The limestone is evenly fed into the jaw crusher via a vibrating feeder.

 

2. Coarse and Secondary Crushing: The jaw crusher and impact crusher work together to perform coarse and secondary crushing.

 

3. Screening: The vibrating screen screens the crushed material, and unqualified material is returned to the impact crusher for re-crushing.

 

4. Sand Making: Material that meets the particle size requirements is fed into a vertical impact crusher for fine crushing and shaping.

 

5. Sand Washing: The sand washer removes impurities from the sand, improving its cleanliness.
