3. When the core part of the conveyor is broken, corroded or rusted, it must be scrapped.

4. Check the connector of the conveyor, whether it is connected well.

5. Check whether the up and bottom rubber face are worn, whether the belt has half friction.

Breaker

1. The breaker is easy to contaminate with oil installed at the driving device, so as not to affect the braking effect, it should clean up the nearby grease dirt.

2. When the brake wheel is cracked and the abrasion thickness of the wheel edge up to to 40% of the original thickness, it must be scraped.
