Step 1: Big boulders become small boulders
The bulk dolomite raw material is sent to the jaw crusher by the feeder for coarse crushing, and then sent to the cone crusher for medium and fine crushing processing, until it reaches the mill feed fineness (15-40mm) and then discharged.
Step 2: Grind the small boulder into powder
The small stones that meet the grinding fineness are evenly sent to the silo by the bucket elevator, and then quantitatively sent to the dolomite mill by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder for grinding.
Step3: dolomite powder classification
The pulverized dolomite powder is classified by the powder separator, and the dolomite powder that does not meet the requirements of particle size should be returned to the mill for grinding.
Step 4: Collect powder and pack
The dolomite powder with qualified particle size enters the dust collector with the air flow through the pipeline for separation and collection, and the collected dolomite powder is sent to the finished product silo by the conveying device, and then is uniformly packed with a powder tanker or an automatic baler.
