On September 1, 2026, a significant milestone was reached for the large-scale sand and aggregate production line project in Indonesia—undertaken by Luoyang Dahua Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd.—as the second batch of equipment was loaded and shipped. A total of 89 units (sets) of equipment set off for the project site in Indonesia, marking continued progress in the delivery of this key overseas integrated project.

This shipment represents the second major delivery for the project, focusing primarily on core feeding and screening equipment, including ZSW1560 vibrating feeders and 3YKR2475S, 2YKR3073S, and 3YKR3073S vibrating screens. As critical upstream components of the large-scale production line, the feeding and screening systems perform vital functions such as stable material feeding, graded screening, and material pre-processing; their operational stability directly determines the continuous production efficiency of the entire line. To withstand the local Indonesian operating environment—characterized by high temperatures, high humidity, and complex material conditions—this batch of equipment underwent customized optimization. Features such as enhanced corrosion and wear resistance were incorporated to meet the demands of high-intensity, continuous production, thereby ensuring a solid foundation for the line's stable future operation.

This Indonesian project involves an ultra-large integrated sand and aggregate production line with a designed capacity of 20,000 tons per hour. Upon completion, it will supply high-quality aggregates to the local infrastructure market, supporting regional infrastructure development. According to the delivery schedule, following the shipment of the screening and feeding equipment, core crushing machinery—including large jaw crushers, cone crushers, and gyratory crushers—will undergo manufacturing and inspection before being shipped in subsequent batches, gradually completing the cross-border delivery of the entire equipment suite.

To meet the rigorous delivery timelines and quality standards required for such a large-scale overseas integrated project, Dahua Heavy Industry has coordinated the synergistic advancement of all stages, including manufacturing, quality inspection, protective packaging, and cross-border logistics. During the production phase, strict factory inspection protocols are enforced, involving the item-by-item verification of key components and overall equipment performance. To withstand the rigors of deep-sea shipping, all equipment undergoes specialized packaging designed to prevent moisture, rust, and impact damage, thereby mitigating risks associated with long-distance maritime transport. Simultaneously, the international business team manages order tracking, logistics coordination, and the transfer of technical documentation to ensure the orderly shipment of each batch and fulfill delivery commitments to overseas clients.

With years of deep engagement in the mining crushing and screening equipment sector, Dahua Heavy Industry continues to expand its global footprint. Leveraging its capabilities in providing complete system solutions, reliable product quality, and comprehensive lifecycle services, the company exports its products to markets across Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and the Middle East. Indonesia serves as a key market in Southeast Asia and a strategic hub for the company's overseas operations; the successful delivery of this large-scale sand and aggregate project—featuring an hourly output of 20,000 tons—further solidifies the company's competitive edge in the Southeast Asian market for large-scale sand and aggregate equipment.

Moving forward, the company will continue manufacturing the remaining primary equipment, maintaining strict quality control, and ensuring the orderly shipment of subsequent batches. Technical and service teams are simultaneously preparing for the project's installation and commissioning phases to guarantee a smooth launch and operational start in Indonesia. Through the strength of its high-quality domestic mining equipment, the company aims to deepen practical cooperation with overseas clients and contribute to infrastructure development in countries along the "Belt and Road" initiative.
