I. Coal Gangue Sand Making Process

 

Crushing: Large pieces of coal gangue are first uniformly fed into a jaw crusher by a vibrating feeder for primary crushing.  Then, they are transported by a belt conveyor to an impact crusher or cone crusher for secondary and fine crushing to reduce the material size.

 

Screening: The crushed material enters a vibrating screen for screening. Material meeting the feed size requirements of the sand making machine (usually less than 5 mm) is sent to the sand making stage, while larger particles are returned to the crusher via a belt conveyor for further crushing, forming a closed-loop cycle to ensure the particle size meets the standards.

 

Sand Making: The screened coal gangue is transported by a belt conveyor to a vertical compound crusher (sand making machine) for final crushing and sand making, producing manufactured sand with a particle size of less than 5 mm and uniform particle shape.

 

II. Coal Gangue Crushing Equipment

 

Primary Crushing Equipment: JC series jaw crusher, used to crush large pieces of coal gangue into smaller pieces.

 

Secondary and Fine Crushing Equipment: PFQ series impact crusher, further crushing the material to a medium particle size.

 

Sand Making Equipment: PFL series vertical compound crusher (sand making machine), crushing the material into manufactured sand smaller than 5mm, ensuring uniform particle size.

 

Auxiliary Equipment: Vibrating feeder, vibrating screen, sand washing machine (optional), and belt conveyor, used for material transportation, screening, and cleaning.
