The production process of manufactured sand is a multi-stage, refined processing process. The core steps include raw material crushing, screening and grading, sand making and shaping, washing and recycling, and finished product processing. 1. Raw Material Feeding and Coarse Crushing

Process: Large stones are evenly fed into a jaw crusher by a vibrating feeder for coarse crushing, with an output particle size of approximately 50mm.

 

Equipment:JC Jaw Crusher, made of high-strength wear-resistant materials, ensuring stable operation in hard rock crushing with a low failure rate and convenient maintenance.

 

2. Medium Crushing and Pre-screening:

Process: Coarsely crushed material is conveyed to the pre-screening stage. Material smaller than 12mm after screening directly enters the subsequent sand making process, avoiding over-crushing; material larger than 12mm enters the medium crushing equipment.

4. Screening, Grading, and Washing/Recycling:

Process: After sand making, the material is screened by a vibrating screen. Sand meeting the particle size requirements enters the washing/sorting stage to remove mud and stone powder; a fine sand recovery device recovers fine particles, improving the yield.

 

Equipment: YKR vibrating screen, precise grading ensures optimized sand-to-gravel ratio; DXS bucket wheel sand washer cleans the sand, removing impurities and ensuring the cleanliness of the finished product.

 

5. Finished Product Processing and Environmental Protection Measures:

Process: The washed manufactured sand is conveyed to the finished product storage yard by a conveyor belt or directly loaded onto trucks. The production line is equipped with a dust collector and wastewater treatment system to achieve clean production.
