2. **Impact Crusher (Alternative):** Model PFQ1315, feed size ≤300mm, output particle size 10-30mm, crushing capacity 200-350t/h. Produces good particle shape and is suitable for applications requiring high aggregate particle shape.
3. **Circular Vibrating Screen:** Model YK30 72. Screen size 3000×7200mm, screening capacity 400-800t/h, adopts a three-layer screen design, which can screen materials into three specifications (5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-50mm). Unqualified materials are returned to the secondary and fine crushing equipment for re-crushing, achieving closed-loop production;
4. Soil removal screening machine: Model ZS1860, screen hole diameter 3mm, screening area 11.16㎡, effectively removes soil impurities from raw materials, improving the quality of finished products.
(V) Electrical and Control System
