In sand and gravel aggregate production lines, vibrating screens are one of the core pieces of equipment, undertaking the crucial tasks of material grading, dewatering, and desliming, directly impacting finished product quality and production efficiency. 1. Scenario
Construction waste screening requires high-precision processing, while mining scenarios demand equipment with strong pressure resistance and the ability to withstand high-intensity operations.
2. Material Characteristics
The particle size, moisture content, and hardness of the material need to be considered; hard ores require wear-resistant screens (such as those made of manganese steel), while sticky materials require a large amplitude design to reduce clogging.
3. Equipment Performance
Vibration frequency, amplitude, and motor power need to be considered. Furthermore, the choice of screen material is crucial; manganese steel screens have excellent wear resistance, while polyurethane screens are impact-resistant but have lower screening throughput, requiring a trade-off based on the abrasiveness of the material.
