The produced aggregate can directly meet the high-standard aggregate requirements of high-grade highways, high-speed railways, and commercial concrete mixing plants. Integrating a hydraulic lubrication system, it features one-button discharge port adjustment, automatic liner wear compensation, overload protection, and automatic chamber clearing. The PLC intelligent system monitors oil temperature, oil pressure, flow rate, motor load, and discharge port size in real time. When an uncrushable iron block enters the chamber, the hydraulic accumulator quickly releases pressure to allow the foreign object to exit, automatically resetting to prevent equipment damage and reduce downtime risks, thus meeting the needs of smart mine construction.

The hydraulic motor drives the adjusting sleeve, ensuring precise discharge port adjustment and uniform liner wear, effectively improving liner utilization efficiency; the copper sleeve's hydrodynamic lubrication design reduces friction loss; wear-resistant materials are used for vulnerable parts, and the reasonable layout of maintenance points significantly shortens cleaning and maintenance time, reducing subsequent operating costs.
