Medium and Fine Crushing Equipment: Selected according to ore characteristics. For hard limestone, a hydraulic cone crusher (e.g., GPY, HPY series) is recommended to ensure medium and fine crushing effects; for soft limestone, an impact crusher (e.g., PFQ series) is suitable, resulting in more uniform output particle size.

 

Screening and Conveying System: Circular vibrating screens (such as the YKR series) are generally used for high-efficiency screening and large-capacity processing of graded aggregates. Belt conveyors automate material transfer, improving production efficiency.

II. Process Flow of a 1000TPH Limestone Crushing Plant

 

The raw limestone ore is coarsely crushed by a jaw crusher, then conveyed by a belt conveyor to an impact crusher or cone crusher for medium and fine crushing. The crushed limestone is then screened according to particle size. Qualified products are conveyed to the finished product stockpile, while unqualified products are returned to the crusher for further crushing. Throughout the production process, dust is collected and treated by dust removal equipment to minimize environmental impact.
