Recently, the 350 t/h granite crushing and sand making EPC project serving the construction of the airport in Harare, the capital of Zimbabwe, was completed and assembled and will be put into operation. The project is equipped with a JC125 jaw crusher, a GPY300S cone crusher, an HPY400 multi-cylinder cone crusher, two PlS1000 shaping and sand making machines, and a 3073 special screen. This screen can achieve vibration-free operation during startup. All equipment in this project is modularly manufactured, and the K-series reducer in the conveyor saves 10% energy. The project achieves intelligent centralized control, reducing the labor intensity of workers.
This granite crushing EPC project not only boasts high equipment capacity but also features the most advanced dust removal and powder selection systems in China. The overall modular design of the project ensures fast construction and low investment. Design was completed in one month, all materials were manufactured in two months, and the installation of 1200 tons of materials was completed in two months. From project initiation, the company sent personnel to the African site to design the production line. The entire process, from equipment manufacturing to export, shipping, and commissioning, took only 7 months, becoming a perfect embodiment of efficient production and service in the industry, earning the trust and praise of the client for Dahua Heavy Industry. It accelerated the project construction progress and helped the owner achieve benefits faster.
The company needed to design a 350 tons/hour crushing production line for the client with meticulously designed processes and reliable equipment. To maximize efficiency and return on investment, the client chose high-quality crushers. Upon receiving the task, all departments collaborated to optimize the production process and strictly adhere to environmental standards. This project fully demonstrates our comprehensive advantages in R&D, production, sales, and service, providing assurance for the construction of a satisfactory, efficient, safe, and environmentally friendly production line for our clients.
In September 2024, the governments of China and Zimbabwe signed the "Cooperation Plan between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Zimbabwe on the Alignment of the Belt and Road Initiative with Zimbabwe's 'Vision 2030'," marking the beginning of comprehensive cooperation in the economic and trade fields between the two countries. Zimbabwe and China confirmed 12 key cooperation projects covering multiple fields, leveraging funding from the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, marking a new stage in bilateral relations. These projects broadly involve infrastructure construction and energy and mineral resource development, and Dahua Heavy Industry's participation in the Capital Airport project is also a prime example of cooperation under the "Belt and Road" initiative.
