Dahua Heavy Industry recently successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a 200t/h sandstone crushing project in Indonesia for China Power Construction Corporation's Seventh Hydropower Engineering Bureau. The equipment includes a JC100 jaw crusher, a GPY300 cone crusher, a PLS1000II vertical shaft impact crusher, a 3YKR2460 vibrating screen, a ZSW4911 feeder, and a complete set of conveying, dust removal, powder selection, and electrical control systems. The comprehensive equipment configuration and integrated operation achieve high levels of production efficiency.

The diligent cooperation and guidance of Dahua Heavy Industry's technicians and construction personnel overcame numerous difficulties and facilitated the rapid progress of the project, embodying our commitment to high-quality service. The Mendarang Hydropower Station is located on the Mendarang River in Malinao Regency, North Kalimantan, Indonesia, approximately 47 kilometers from the county seat. The station features a 235-meter-high concrete-faced rockfill dam with a ground-level powerhouse behind the dam. The total installed capacity is 1.375 million kilowatts, with five 275,000-kilowatt turbine units installed. The main project of the 1C diversion tunnel project section comprises two 13-meter-diameter diversion tunnels with a total length of 3,478.2 meters. Upon completion, they will have a combined flood discharge capacity of 5,760 cubic meters per second, effectively ensuring the safe construction of the hydropower station. The main diversion tunnels will be excavated in sections, with the first excavation site located in the upper half of diversion tunnel No. 1. The connected access tunnel has a diameter of 7.5 meters.

To ensure an early start of excavation, the project team worked closely with the client, conducting numerous technical discussions and in-depth design verification to develop a scientific and rational blasting and excavation plan and emergency response plan. To support the tunnel excavation progress, Dahua Heavy Industry is fully committed to the subsequent commissioning of crushing equipment, optimizing operational processes, improving resource allocation, and coordinating efforts to improve installation and construction efficiency, thereby contributing to the timely completion of all subsequent construction tasks.

In August, Indonesia's cement production increased by 6.4% year-on-year to 6.457 million tons, compared to 6.067 million tons in August 2024. Clinker production also increased by 3.3% year-on-year to 5.296 million tons, up from 5.125 million tons in August 2024.
