• Feed size matching
 
The feed size of the raw ore is an important basis for selection. If the size of the raw ore is ≤850mm, you can choose a PE1000×1200 jaw crusher with a feed opening of 1000×1200mm and a processing capacity of 315-500 tons/hour, which can meet the requirements of feed particle size and output.
 
• Energy consumption and cost
 
Different models of jaw crushers have different motor powers, and energy consumption costs also vary. For example, the motor power of PE1200×1500 is 160-220kW, while the motor power of PE1000×1200 is 110kW.
