It is named for the steel rods loaded in the cylinder. Rod mills generally adopt a wet overflow type and can be used as a primary open-circuit grinding mill. They are widely used in artificial sand and gravel plants, mineral processing plants, chemical plants, and power plants as primary grinding rod mills. This series of rod mills utilizes high-end rolling bearings instead of traditional Babbitt alloy bearings, resulting in lower operating resistance, energy savings of 10-20%, and increased production capacity by over 20%.
