What Aspects should We pay attention to when choosing Vibrating Feeder?
Vibrating feeder makes simple harmonic vibration or similar to simple harmonic vibration in a certain frequency forced by vibration exciter. When the vibration acceleration reaches a certain value, the materials in the bearing body achieve continuous small throwing or sliding along the direction of transportation, so that the material moves forward, to achieve the purpose of conveying. Then what problems should pay attention to in the purchase of vibrating feeder?
(1) Conditions of use: Altitude no more than 1000m; Ambient temperature does not exceed ±40℃; When the ambient temperature is (20±5) ℃, the relative humidity of the surrounding medium is not more than 85%; There is no serious corrosion and influence of electrical insulation medium around.
(2) Productivity: The productivity of the vibrating feeder is usually taking the river sand with loose density of 1.6t/m3 as the standard material. When the loose density and particle size of the transported material are greater than river sand, the productivity can be calculated as proportional to the loose density. When the loose density of the transported material is less than that of river sand and is lumpy, its productivity can be calculated in direct proportion to the loose density and multiplied by 0.8~0.9; When the transported material is small particles or powder, the productivity can be calculated in direct proportion to the loose density and then multiplied by 0.5~0.7.
(3) The material feeding granularity: Generally, in order to prevent blockage, the material max.feeding size is the 1/3~1/4 of the slot width, especially for the closed tank should pay attention to.
(4) Starting frequent: the so-called starting frequent generally refers to the interval of two starting times less than 2min. If the interval is less than 2min, the large vibration motor should be selected.
