Cement clinker is a granular semi-finished product after high-temperature calcination, with a large particle size (usually 5-25mm) and a black-gray surface. Clinker is mainly used to produce cement, while cement is directly used in construction. After crushing and grinding, it is mixed with gypsum and mixed materials to make various general-purpose cements (such as ordinary Portland cement, slag cement, etc.). After crushing, clinker can replace part of the aggregate for roadbed filling or building backfill, and its hardness and stability are better than natural sand and gravel;

 

In the metallurgical industry, the calcium oxide component in clinker can be used as a flux to assist metal smelting.

 

• Environmental protection engineering application

 

As a solid waste treatment medium: clinker mixed with industrial waste slag (such as fly ash) can be used to prepare anti-seepage layer materials for landfill base protection;

 

Auxiliary materials for flue gas purification: some modified clinker participates in the flue gas desulfurization process to reduce pollutant emissions.

 

II. Cement clinker crushing equipment selection

 

• Coarse crushing stage

 

JC series jaw crusher: suitable for the initial crushing of large cement clinker (feed size ≤1300mm), with high crushing ratio and simple structure, can provide 40-300mm materials for subsequent processes.

 

• Medium and fine crushing link

 

GPY series single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher: suitable for processing high hardness clinker, adopts lamination crushing principle, the finished product size is uniform, and medium particles of 20-60mm can be output.

 

Double-tooth roller crusher: uniform crushing is achieved by accurately adjusting the roller tooth gap (2-5mm), reducing over-crushing phenomenon, suitable for concrete admixture preparation.

 

• Fine and ultra-fine crushing
