The full set of crawler mobile crushing plant provided by Dahua Heavy Industry has completed the pre-delivery preparation and will be shipped to the Mexican customer project site. The production line includes CMS series crawler mobile screening machine (processing capacity 300t/h), CMC series crawler mobile jaw crusher (processing capacity 200t/h) and CMC impact crushing mobile station (suitable for limestone crushing). The entire production line is designed for the Mexican limestone project and adopts modular oil-electric dual power configuration, producing 150-200 tons of high-quality aggregate per hour.

The CMC crawler mobile jaw crushing station performs coarse crushing of limestone. The main equipment adopts the configuration of "feeder + jaw crusher". Other equipment include a 4.8m3 feeding bin, main belt conveyor, soil removal side belt conveyor, self-unloading magnetic separator, crawler chassis, etc. The mainstream jaw crusher is equipped with high crushing efficiency, stable performance, simple and convenient operation and maintenance, wide adaptability to materials, and good output particle size.

 

2. CMC crawler mobile impact crushing station

 

The CMC crawler mobile impact crushing station performs medium and fine crushing of limestone. The standard modular design of the cavity liner and toothed impact plate has strong interchangeability, higher utilization rate and longer service life. The discharge gap of the equipment can be flexibly adjusted according to the finished product particle size and grading requirements. The equipment has reasonable configuration, smooth process, high production efficiency and excellent finished product particle shape.

 

3. CMS Series Crawler Mobile Screening Station

 

The processing capacity of the CMS series crawler mobile screening station reaches 300t/h, which can adapt to the maximum feed particle size of 110mm and meet the needs of large-scale production. The drive system adopts a generator set + motor dual-mode drive and realizes full hydraulic control, ensuring the flexible movement of the equipment under different terrain conditions. The screening system is equipped with a 1500x6000mm three-layer screen box, which effectively improves the screening effect. The folding belt conveyor can achieve rapid transition, greatly improving the operation efficiency.
